Analyze subject summary details
In EDC Study Analytics dashboard, you can view different charts to get an instant insight into the current state of the EDC processes and entities, such as sites, subjects' phases, opened/answered queries, and so on. In the Subject Summary bar chart, you instantly get information about the total number of subjects enrolled on sites, and the total count of subjects existing in the following phases: Completed, Randomized, Registered, Screen Failure, and Discontinued.
If you want to view a detailed analysis of the subjects, then using this functionality, you can get information about each subject enrolled on a particular site and study against their respective study phase.

In the EDC application header, select the DASHBOARD tab.

On the page that opens, select the Study Analytics tab.

From the Subject Summary bar chart, select Go Details
.

On the page that opens, in the Subject Summary table, analyze the subject details as explained in the following table.

Tip
From this page, you can also navigate to any of the following tables to view the corresponding elaborative summary of the chart:
Element
Details
Study Name
Represents the study name in which the subject is enrolled.
Site Code
Represents the site code in which the subject is enrolled.
Subject ID
Represents the identification code of the subject.
Phase
Represents the current phase of the subject in the respective site and study.
Once you have analyzed the subject details, from the workspace toolbar, select 
to go back to the Study Analytics page.
