View unblinded subject dispensing report
The Unblind Subject Dispensing report of the IWRS application helps you analyze all completed dispensation records. It contains records of scheduled dispensations, unscheduled dispensations, and manual dispensations.
Important
To view this report, you must have the Unblind Subject Dispensing permission granted to your user role via the ADMIN application.

In the IWRS application header, select the REPORT tab.

In the left pane of the page that opens, select Dispensation Report > Unblind Subject Dispensing.

In the Unblind Subject Dispensing table that opens, view the details of all completed dispensations as explained in the following table.

From the workspace toolbar, select Visible Columns
to choose the columns you want to show or hide

Details
Country
Represents the country where the dispensation has occurred.
Site Code
Represents the unique code of the site at which the dispensation has been completed.
[Unique ID Label]
Represents the ID of the subject for which the dispensation has been completed.
The column name depends on the unique ID label configuration of your study.Dispensing Date Time
Represents the date and time when the items (drugs) are dispensed to subjects during vitis.
Visit Name
Represents the time of the visit at which a dispensation has been completed.
Dispensing Type
Represents the type of dispensation as recorded in the system:

Manual: this type means that the dispensation record is created manually in the system.

Replacement: this type means that the item has been dispensed to replace another item, for instance, a damaged one.

Scheduled: this type means that the item has been dispensed as scheduled in the system.

Unscheduled: this type means that the item has been dispensed out of the predefined schedule and has been recorded in the system as an unscheduled dispensation.
Item Number
Represents the unique number (identifier) of the item dispensed to the subject.
Replaced Item
Represents the unique number of the item originally dispensed to the subject but then replaced by another item, whose number you can see in the Item Number column.
This value is only available for the items of the replacement dispensing type.Item Unit
Represents the name of the item unit (for instance, Aspirin 5mg, Aspirin 10mg, and so on).
Lot Number
Represents the identifier of the lot to which the particular item belongs.
Expiration Date
Represents the expiry date of the lot to which the particular item unit belongs.
Manufacturing Lot Number
Represents the unique identification number appointed by the drug manufacturer to the lot to which the dispensed item belongs.
Manufacturing Lot Expiration Date
Represents the expiration date established by the drug manufacturer for a lot to which the dispensed item belongs.
