Form library maintenance
The Study Designer application has a library of reusable forms that can streamline the process of designing a CRF for different studies. This library accelerates the form creation process and ensures consistency and accuracy across various studies, saving study teams considerable effort. By leveraging the library content, researchers can minimize the time spent on repetitive form design tasks.
The forms that are available in the library can be added during the design of CRF in various studies. The forms need to be properly configured beforehand since it is not possible to update them with questions or items within the library.

When maintaining library forms, you can perform the following actions:

Add a new folder to the library to better organize your forms in different folders.

Add forms to a library from the current study to reuse them in other studies.

Upload a form to the library from your computer to reuse it in other studies.

Preview any form to see the questions and items that are available in it.
