Email templates for data acknowledgment tasks

Data acknowledgment before the end of the study is a process of confirming the receipt and accuracy of data and findings collected during a clinical trial.

In EDC, you can create tasks for data acknowledgment when specific system documents are ready to be confirmed and downloaded by their assignees. Upon the task creation, an email is sent to the assignees to let them know the specifics of their task.

An email template is a model created in EDC for the use of various processes, in this case—data acknowledgment tasks, to facilitate user interaction with the system, as you can create several versatile templates and then reuse them for creating various tasks.

On the End of Study > Email Template page, you can find the list of existing email templates for data acknowledgment tasks along with the details explained in the following table.

Details

Name

Represents the name of the email template given customly by the template creator.

Description

Represents brief information about the email template to facilitate the user in distinguishing its purpose.

Creation Date

Represents the date when the email template is created.

Created by

Represents the name of the user who created the email template.

Last Modified Date

Represents the date and time when the email template has been last edited.

Last Modified by

Represents the name of the user who made the latest changes in the email template.
