End of study management
Data acknowledgment before the end of the study is a process of confirming the receipt and accuracy of data and findings collected during a clinical trial.
With the End of Study functionality in EDC, it is possible to define the tasks to acknowledge and archive the data, perform the acknowledgment, download, and archiving, and then track the status of data acknowledgment by countries and sites.
The End of Study group of reports comprises the following:

End of Study Overview: this collection of charts gives you insights into the current status of data acknowledgment in the study.

System Document: this functionality provides an option to create and manage the data acknowledgment tasks for defined sets of system documents.

Email Template: this functionality helps you create versatile email templates to be used in data acknowledgment tasks for notification of assignees on their assignments.

System Document History: this report comprises the complete history of operations with files under the System Document page, such as creation, acknowledgment, download, and deletion.
