Change subject site

Typically, when subjects are enrolled in a clinical trial, they are assigned to specific sites that they will be most comfortable attending for their future visits or that are equipped with the appliances needed for their treatment. Sometimes, you might need to change the subject site in the course of a clinical trial, for instance, in case of the subject relocation.

To change a site for a subject
  1. In the EDC application header, select the DATA ENTRY tab.

  2. On the site list page that opens, select the tile representing the site to which the subject of your interest currently belongs.

Important

When changing the subject site, you might want to change the source lab for their test results. This can be done manually via the chemistry details forms of the subject. Simply select a new lab from the list of configured ones for the newly assigned subject site.
