Query alerts
Queries are created to report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing data found in study files. In eTMF, you can manually create query alerts for users responsible for addressing and fixing such issues. When a query alert is triggered, the respective recipient(s) receive an email notification with all the required information on the query.
For example, a query alert is required when a query with the Open status has not been answered for a certain number of days. The recipients of the alert are informed that the query has surpassed a certain number of days and requires their immediate attention.
In eTMF, after such query alerts are created, you can keep track of their progress and manage them from the Query Alerts page.
