Delete task alert

In eTMF, a task alert is a notification feature designed to keep users and stakeholders informed about important actions or deadlines related to the operations on files and folders in TMF.Task alerts ensure that all necessary activities are completed on time, helping to maintain the smooth operation of clinical trials.

You can delete the task alerts you no longer need to keep the list up-to-date.

To delete a task alert
  1. In the eTMF application header, select the TMF tab.

  2. In the Study List table that appears, locate the study for which you need to delete a task alert, and in the Action(s) column next to it, select More more_icon.png > Task Alerts Task_alerts_icon.png.

  3. On the Task Alerts page that opens, locate the task alert you want to delete and in the Action(s) column, select More more_icon.png > Delete trash_can_icon.png.

  4. In the Delete Item confirmation dialog that appears, select delete_button_white_red.png to proceed with your action.

Upon confirmation, the task alert is deleted.
