Activate/Inactivate query alert

Queries are created to report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing data found in study files. In eTMF, you can manually create query alerts for users responsible for addressing and fixing such issues.

In eTMF, you can activate a query alert when email alerts are required and inactivate a query alert when they are not needed for the time being.

To activate or inactivate a query alert
  1. In the eTMF application header, select the TMF tab.

  2. On the Study List table that appears, locate the study for which you need to activate/inactivate query alerts, and in the Actions column next to it, open More more_icon.png > Query Alerts Query_alerts_icon.png.

  3. On the Query Alerts page that opens, next to the query alert you are interested in select to activate or inactivate a query alert.

    • Activate inactivate_icon.png: to start sending alert emails to the recipients upon the trigger condition being met.

    • Inactivate activate_icon.png: to stop sending alert emails to recipients.

Depending on the selected option, the query alert is either activated or inactivated. You can also preview query alert content when required.
