View item audit data
In IWRS, audit data contains information about all the actions performed with the item (product unit)—when it was added to a lot, released, changed disposition, and so on.
Important
Item audit details contain sensitive data and thus, this functionality is only available for users with respective unblinding permissions.

In the IWRS application header, select the DEPOT tab.

On the Depot List page that opens, in the table, go to the depot in the inventory of which you want to view an item audit data.

On the Depot Information page that opens, in the left pane, select the Inventory subtab.

Select the By Item tab and in the list of items, locate the item for which you want to view the audit data. Then next to it, select Audit
.

Important
The item audit functionality is unavailable for container units.

In the Item Audit dialog that opens, you can view all the audit details you need.

Tip
To download the item audit information to your computer as an XLSX file, from the workspace toolbar of the Item Audit dialog, select Export
.
