Delete workflow
With this functionality, you can delete a workflow if it is no longer needed. This may be useful if you want to create a different workflow for a certain module (and its action), the sponsor's requirements for the workflow have changed for a particular module, or due to some other reason.
Prior to deleting a workflow, make sure that:

The workflow is not being used by any CTMS process, such as to audit payment requests, contracts, trip reports, and potential protocol deviations.

In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

On the page that opens, from the left pane, select the Workflow Setting subtab (if not opened by default).

From the Workflow List table that appears, locate the workflow that you want to delete.

From the Action(s) column next to the workflow, select More
> Delete
.

In the DELETE dialog that appears, enter the reason for the deletion and then confirm the action by selecting SAVE.

After the action is confirmed, the workflow is deleted and is no longer associated with any module (and its action) if it was previously.
