Dashboard charts

In CTMS, the Dashboard feature provides graphic visualization as an analysis tool to track the study processes. A comprehensive set of manageable charts covers different aspects of the study to display the statistics in an easily perceptible way.

The data on the charts is pulled from another application to make the monitoring process more accessible.

For instance, you do not need to go to the EDC application to view the charts and analyze the subject phase or query statistics.

An eClinical application that is mainly used to collect and manage subject data during clinical trials. It integrates with the Study Designer (SD) application and uses preconfigured there case report forms (CRFs) to complete data collection and management. It also provides an audit trail, data alert, source data verification (SDV), payment management, adjudication, and other functions as well as supports data export according to the CDISC ODM standard.

In CTMS, a finding that is discovered during a monitoring visit at a site and requires resolution. Issues can take many forms, depending on the nature and severity of the finding. An issue may also involve correcting data errors in subject records.

In CTMS, an instance created to address issues or discrepancies discovered during a monitoring visit. One issue may have several action items associated with it because a resolution of a single issue may require several steps.
