Review subjects dashboard

A comprehensive set of Subject dashboards provides statistical charts and visual representation for the subject phase and enrollment per study, helping you analyze and track the dynamics and specifics of your patient flow.

To review the subjects dashboard

  1. In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab.

  2. On the Study Data List that opens, select the study whose data you want to review.

  3. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Dashboard > Subjects.

  4. Now, from the application toolbar, set your data reviewing preferences using the following filters:

    • Study: from this dropdown menu, select the specific study whose data you want to review.

    • Country / Region: from this dropdown menu, select the specific country whose data you want to review.

    • Site Code: from this dropdown menu, select the specific study site whose data you want to review.

    • Show Reports list_icon.png: select this option to access the reports pertinent to the specific dashboard category with which you are currently working.

  5. Once filtered, select any of the following dashboards (tabs) whose data you need to review:

    • Subject Phase: this dashboard comprises statistics on the proportion and dynamics of subjects in various phases of the study and per individual site. To learn more on how to review the operation data overview charts, refer to the Analyze subject phase statistics section.

    • Subject Enrollment: this dashboard comprises statistics on the current subject distribution between dispositions, dynamics of disposition changes over time, and rates of subject dropouts and screen failures for study and site levels of data.     Tip

    Optionally, from the bottom right, you can select the following options:

    • Show Reports list_icon.png: select to access the reports pertinent to subjects presented in the table view for your convenience. Switch between the available tabs to access and review all the data.

      If required, you can also export the data displayed in this table.

      Click Show Charts switch_icon.png to go back to the chart view.

    • eTMF: select to access the study's overview in the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) application.

You have reviewed the subjects' dashboards. You can also export the report details if you prefer working with data offline.

In this section:
phase

In eCLinical, a status of an item (drug) or a subject (study participant) that represents the current state or stage of participation in a trial.

For instance, the item dispositions can be Available, In Transit, Quarantined, and so on. And the subject dispositions can be Registered, Enrolled, Screen Failure, and so on.
