Integration setting

The IWRS application supports the integration with the SFTP file server for the exchange of shipment data. The integration enables the automation of data transfer from the file server to IWRS. This automation minimizes manual effort, reduces the risk of human error, and simplifies the overall data management processes within the application.

To establish the shipment data providers for your study in IWRS, you add the respective vendors to the list of integrations and configure the order or dispatch relations for them as follows:

  • Order integration is configured for the system to send the order file generated for all the supply shipments in IWRS to the vendor's server.

  • Dispatch integration is configured for the system to extract the dispatch file on the depot shipments from the vendor's server.
