View staff members added to CTMS

All staff members added to the CTMS system are displayed in the Staff table.

To view staff members added to the CTMS system
  1. In the CTMS application header, select the ENTITY MANAGEMENT tab.

  2. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Staff.

  3. On the Staff page that opens, in the table, view all the staff members added to the CTMS system.

    Element

    Details

    ID

    Represents the unique ID number of the staff member registered within the CTMS system.

    First Name

    Represents the first name of the staff member.

    Last Name

    Represents the last name of the staff member.

    Phone

    Represents the phone number of the staff member.

    Geographic Region

    Represents the geographic area where the staff member resides.

    Province

    Represents the name of the province or state in which the staff member resides.

    Email

    Represents the email address of the staff member.

    Address

    Represents the physical address of the staff member.

    Standard Timezone Name

    Represents the name of the timezone of the staff member.
