Depot setting for site
In a clinical trial, sites are the locations that cover various study activities intended for subject treatment and data collection. One such activity managed via IWRS is dispensation—the process of providing subjects with items (drugs). To satisfy this process, the site has to have a constant supply of drugs to replenish the inventory. For the most part, the role of supplier belongs to the depots.
In IWRS, from the Set Depot page, you can view and manage the list of depots that supply items to the site. The details available in the depot list are explained in the following table.

Represents the item unit that is supplied to the site from the depot. |

Status |
Represents whether the depot is currently activated or inactivated in IWRS. Only active depots can supply items for sites. |
