Delete depot from site

To satisfy the dispensation process at sites, you have to establish a constant supply of drugs to replenish the inventory. For the most part, the role of the supplier belongs to the depots. In IWRS, you can add certain depots to set the steady supply relationship between them and the site or remove such a relation by removing unneeded depots.

To delete a depot from a site

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the SITE tab.

  2. On the Site List page that opens, in the table, select the site code of your interest.

  3. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select the Set Depot subtab.

  4. On the Set Depot page that opens, in the table, locate the depot of your interest and in the Action(s) column next to it, select Delete trash_can_icon.png.

  5. In the Delete Item dialog that opens, select delete_button_white_red.png to confirm the depot deletion.

Upon confirmation, the depot is removed from the site and no longer is a supplier for it.
