View item label report

The Item Label report of the IWRS application displays details of all labels loaded for a particular study. The Item Label report helps you to track, reconcile, and analyze the labels' location, usage, and dispensation and is used to view this information. The report aggregates the released and unreleased active labels uploaded into the IWRS application.

Important

To view this report, you must have the Item Label permission granted to your user role via the ADMIN application.

To view the item label report
  1. In the IWRS application header, select the REPORT tab.

  2. On the page that appears, in the left pane, select Inventory Report > Item Label.

  3. In the Item Label table that opens, view the details of all the loaded labels as explained in the following table.

    Tip

    From the workspace toolbar, select Visible Columns columns_icon.png to choose the columns you want to show or hide from the report before viewing it.

    Column

    Details

    Item Number

    Represents the unique number (identifier) assigned to the item.

    Sequence Number

    Represents the sequence number of the item.

    Item Disposition

    Represents the item disposition of the drug that is the disposition status of the item.

    Item Unit

    Represents the name of the item unit (for instance, Aspirin 5mg, Aspirin 10mg, and so on).

    Item Type

    Represents the type of the item.

    • Vail: the item is a liquid medication.

    • Dose: the item is a solid medication.

    Label Package

    Represents the label package where the item belongs.

    Lot Number

    Represents the identifier of the lot to which the particular item belongs. If the item has not been assigned a lot number this field remains blank.

    Expiration Date

    Represents the expiry date of the lot to which the particular item belongs.

    Depot Number

    Represents the depot number where the item is located if the item is released to the depot.

    Depot Name

    Represents the depot name where the item is located if the item is released to the depot.

    Depot Country

    Represents the depot country of the item if the item is released to the depot

    Site Code

    Represents the unique code of the site where the item is delivered.

    Site Name

    Represents the name of the site where the item is delivered.

    Site Country

    Represents the name of the country where the item is delivered.

    PI Full Name

    Represents the site PI full name, if the item is delivered to and is stored at the site.

    Shipment Number

    Represents the identification number of a shipment to which the item belongs.

    Subject ID

    Represents the ID of a subject if the item is dispensed to a certain subject.

    Visit Name

    Represents the name of the visit at which the dispensing occurred.

    Dispensing Date

    Represents the date of the item dispensing.

    Important

    In the Item Label table, if the drug is currently at the depot, all the depot information is given and site columns remain empty, and if the drug is currently at the site, all the site information is given and depot columns remain empty.
