Return request approval

The IWRS dashboards provide you with multiple charts to get a summary of IWRS data and processes. The Return Request Approval bar chart provides a count of returned site items to available site and destruction site or available depot and destruction depot.

Using this chart, you can view summary details of the total count of items sent for return requests in the following three statuses: Approved, Cancelled, and Initiated.

This bar chart is updated in real-time, that is when an item is sent on any type of return request and is under any of the three statuses, the count of the respective chart is updated.

In the preceding figure, the blue color represents the Approved items in the return request, the light blue color represents the Cancelled items in the return request, and the white color represents the Initiated items in the return request.

Selecting any of the sections of the bar chart provides you with the number of details of each type of return request and its status.

For instance, the number 7 against Approved means, that seven items are sent for return for destruction and are in the approved status.
