Return shipment completion

The IWRS dashboards provide you with multiple charts to get a summary of IWRS data and processes. The Return Shipment Completion pie chart provides the details of the completed returned shipments. This chart helps you view details of the shipment returned from a site or depot along with their status.

The Return Shipment Completion pie chart displays a count of returned shipment types categorized by the following statuses:

  • Uncompleted Shipments: this return shipment type includes shipments in Requested and In Transit statuses.

  • Completed Shipments: this return shipment type includes shipments in Received and Lost statuses.

  • Terminated Shipments: this return shipment type includes shipments in the Revoked status.

In the preceding figure, the blue color in the pie chart depicts Uncompleted Shipments, the green color in the pie chart depicts Completed Shipments, and the yellow color in the pie chart depicts Terminated Shipments.

If you want to know the exact number of shipments of the returned type, hover over the required color in the pie chart.

For example, as shown in the following figure, out of the total of 22 return shipments 9 are Uncompleted Shipments.

Important

Selecting the hyperlink of any of the returned shipment type redirects you to shipment summary report along with the filter condition applied.

In this section:

In IWRS, a process of item (drug) return from a site to the acceptance depot. Only the depots set in the IWRS system as the return can receive the return shipments.

In a clinical trial, a location where the subject treatment and drug dispensation occur. It can be a hospital, a private laboratory, or other institutions.

A warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites).
