Edit CRF header and footer
For each new CRF version, along with the updated CRF design—changes made to questions, dependency rules, and so on—you can also update the CRF's header and footer.
The header and footer are added to CRFs upon export to ensure that the output file is complete with the company logo, protocol and version number, visit and subject data, pagination, and other details. Updating these details ensures that forms reflect the most current stage of the trial, aids in tracking document versioning for data integrity, and helps in complying with regulatory requirements. This practice facilitates the consistent management and organization of study data throughout its progression.
