Edit visit details

A visit refers to a scheduled appointment or meeting between a participant and the study team, usually at the trial site or a designated healthcare facility.

When maintaining a visit structure for your study, you may need to update the details of some existing visits due to changes in the protocol, sponsor introducing new study requirements, or other reasons.

To edit the visit details
  1. In the Study Designer application header, select the CRF DESIGN tab.

  2. In the toolbar, select the latest draft CRF version marked with the respective unlock symbol unlocked_icon_purple.png, otherwise, you cannot perform any actions.

  3. In the left pane that appears, right-click the needed visit. In the context menu that opens, select Edit pencil_icon.png.

  4. In the Edit Visit panel that expands, update the fields as needed. These fields are identical to the ones explained in the table of the Add new visit section.

  5. Select save_button_red_white.png to update the visit details.

Once saved, the visit is updated.
