External recipient management

With the External Recipient functionality, you can maintain a contact sheet of your study personnel and vendor representatives who should be notified on different developments within the IWRS system, such as shipment statuses at sites and depots, state of inventories, subject randomization, and more.

To this contact sheet, you can add people's contacts who are not eClinical system users, thus enabling external parties to become recipients of system notifications.
