Inventory summary by item unit

In IWRS, the DASHBOARD tab provides you with multiple charts to get a summary of IWRS data and processes. The Inventory Summary bar chart helps you view the overall status of different items both by item unit and by lot. The chart shows a count of items in the following statuses: Lost, Available, Expired, Dispensed(Wasted), Dispensed (Returned), Dispensed (in Subjects), In Transit, Ready for Destruction, To be Returned, Damaged, Dispensed (Replaced), Quarantined, Unavailable (External), and Destroyed.

In the Inventory Summary chart, when By Item Unit is selected, the chart displayed includes the number of items and their statuses of different item units from the site or depot.

Important

Select Set Disposition to view only selected status data in the bar chart.

The information in this chart is updated in real-time, that is as soon as a new item in the item unit is accounted or the status of any previously added item is changed in a site or depot, the bar is automatically updated.

In the preceding figure, the names of different items are listed below the chart along with the color allotted.
