Generate target texts
The Study Designer application provides the capability to translate CRF texts into multiple languages. This provides a significant advantage in global clinical trials where participants speak different languages. By addressing diverse linguistic needs, CRF translation promotes standardized data collection across international sites.
Before commencing the translation, the complete list of all CRF texts needs to be generated. These texts can be visit names, form questions, item responses, codelist items and names, and so on. Make sure that the CRF design has been properly completed beforehand and the CRF version is ready for data collection.
Important
Note that if you update the CRF version design and add new or edit the existing texts, the list of texts needs to be generated anew so it can be translated accordingly.
