Export target texts
The Study Designer application provides the capability to translate CRF texts into multiple languages. This provides a significant advantage in global clinical trials where participants speak different languages. By addressing diverse linguistic needs, CRF translation promotes standardized data collection across international sites.
When you have all the target texts generated, they are ready to be translated into specific previously applied languages. If you prefer to do the translation offline, you can export the entire list of target texts in the XLSX format to your computer.

In the Study Designer application header, select the TRANSLATION tab.

From the workspace toolbar of the page that opens, select Export
.

Once exported and saved, the CRF texts become available on your computer in the XLSX format. Use the needed tools or manual effort to translate the texts into the necessary language. Once translated offline, the file with translations can be imported to the system.
