Edit CRF version integration
With the CRF version integration, you can specify the mapping between CRF versions in eClinical EDC and RAVE EDC, providing flexibility for each system to be linked with the desired corresponding version in the other system. The CRF version mapping ensures that data recorded in eClinical EDC from either eCOA or eDiary mobile application remains accurately represented in RAVE EDC.
After the configuration of CRF version integration, it may occur that the study team creates a new CRF version in either RAVE EDC or eClinical EDC due to protocol amendments or new study requirements. The updated CRF version needs to become available in the eCOA or eDiary mobile application for data entry. In the eClinical EDC, you have the option to edit the CRF version integration so you can indicate how the CRF versions between the two EDC systems need to be remapped.
Important
After remapping CRF versions, you need to update the mapping of visits, forms, and items accordingly so the CRF version changes can become available in the respective eCOA or eDiary mobile application for data entry.

In the EDC application header, select the STUDY INFO tab.

In the left pane of the page that opens, select the System Integration subtab.

In the contents panel that appears, select the CRF Version Integration tab.

In the CRF Version Integration table that appears, select Edit
next to the CRF
version integration that you want to update.

In the dialog that appears, update the fields as needed. These fields are identical to the ones explained in the table of the Create CRF version integration section.

to implement the changes.
Once saved, the CRF version integration is updated.
