Export subject dispensing report

In IWRS, you can manage the process of drug dispensation to subjects at different study sites. The data on subject dispensing for each added visit can be downloaded in an XLSX file so you can view it offline on your computer.

To export the subject dispensing report

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the SUBJECT tab.

  2. From Subject List that opens, select the needed site and subject.

  3. In the left pane of the page that opens, select the Subject Dispensing tab.

  4. In the Subject Dispensing table that appears, from the workspace toolbar, select Export linelisting_icon.png.

  5. Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  6. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Preparing: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download.

    • Download is Ready: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer.

  7. Under the Download is Ready tab, next to the file that you want to download, select download_icon.png.

Once exported, the subject dispensing report is available on your computer.
