Delete email template

An email template is a reusable preconfigured entity that simplifies mailing management in the system. By preparing email templates you save time on specifying mailing details every time you need to configure a system notification for some event.

In CTMS, you can delete email templates that are no longer used to keep your list uncluttered.

You can only delete the email template if:

To delete an email template

  1. In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

  2. From the left pane of the page that opens, select Email Template.

  3. From the Email Template table, locate the template that you want to delete and next to it, from the Actions column, select More more_icon.png > Delete trash_can_icon.png.

  4. In the Reason dialog that appears, enter a reason for deleting the email template.

  5. Select save_button.png to confirm your action.

Upon saving, the email template is deleted from the system.
