My work dashboards

The My Work dashboard helps you quickly find your expected activities during a clinical trial, such as completing assigned tasks, addressing queries, processing original files, pending placeholders, active and expired files, and more.

Unlike Dashboards, whose data is focused on your study progress and study-related performance, My Work focuses on your pending tasks.

Tip

You can access the dashboard as discussed in the Analyze study workload from dashboard section. The My Work dashboard is accessible to all system users and does not require special permission settings.

Tip

The data on the dashboard is populated from the Query Tasks and Essential Documents.

A document is also called a source document. It contains personal subjects' data, such as lab results, hospital records, patient diaries, and so on. Such source documents are a component of the Trial Master File (TMF). Source documents play a critical role in recording treatment cycles, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and overall compliance of the clinical trial data.

An instance created in eTMF in place of a source file that has not yet been uploaded to the system (for example, has not yet been collected or completed).

Placeholders are a helpful tool in the process of filling out the Trial Master File (TMF). With the placeholders, you preserve the eTMF integrity until the source files become available.
