Restore canceled lab query

The Cancelled Manual Query report displays all the canceled lab queries per category—for instance, "Urinalysis," "Hematology," and so on—or lab test. The report includes data on the query topic, creator, assignee, cancelation reason, and other useful details.

From this report, you can restore the previously canceled lab query to its original location. This might be needed if some query was previously canceled as unnecessary but becomes actual again and you can simply restore it instead of opening a new one.

To restore the canceled lab query
  1. In the EDC application header, select the REPORTS tab.

  2. On the page that opens, in the left pane, select the Query Report subtab to expand the list of available reports and select Lab Query Report.

Once saved, the query is restored to its original location and disappears from the Cancelled Lab Query report. The restored query must now be addressed by the assignee.
