View workflow operation history

In eTMF, once a workflow is created, you can perform certain actions with the workflow—edit or activate and activate. The Operation History functionality assists you in analyzing the details of all previous actions performed on a particular workflow, facilitating traceability and enhancing compliance with regulatory requirements.

For instance, you see that files in a folder can be deleted without any restrictions. You can go to Operation History of the workflow associated with that folder and check who made changes that led to this system behavior.

To view the workflow operation history
  1. In the eTMF application header, select the ADMIN tab.

  2. In the left pane, select the Workflow Setting subtab.

  3. On the Workflow List page that opens, next to the needed workflow, select Operation History Operation_History_icon.png.

  4. In the Operation History dialog that appears, view the history of the actions performed for the selected workflow.

Once viewed, select Done_button_red.png to close the dialog and return to the Workflow List table.
