A user role is defined as a set of privileges and responsibilities assigned to a user. Based on the provided permissions, the user can access and perform actions in the system. A user's role can be changed when required.
From the User Role Changes report, you can check and audit the list of all changes in user roles, such as the name of the user whose role is changed, the date when the role is changed, and so on.
