My work dashboard
When managing a study via CTMS, each user role has its field of responsibilities and tasks to perform to keep the study flow going. For your convenience, all your tasks are available under the My Work dashboard, from where you can review and estimate your workload and access directly all aspects requiring your attention.

Each dashboard tile represents a certain task category as follows:

Note that the task categories you see may differ depending on your user role and the set of tasks assigned to you in the system according to your field of responsibilities and company arrangements.

Monitoring Visits: this category comprises the tasks associated with the monitoring visits of the study that are pending your approval, trip report submission, and trip report approval. Select this tile to start working on your monitoring visit tasks.

Action Items: this category comprises the tasks associated with not started or ongoing monitoring visit action items of the study that require your attention. Select this tile to start working on your action items.

Issues: this category comprises the tasks associated with existing monitoring visit issues of the study that require your resolution. Select this tile to start working on your issues.

Queries: this category comprises the tasks associated with open monitoring visits and protocol deviation queries of the study that require your resolution. Select this tile to start working on your queries.

Protocol Deviation: this category comprises the tasks associated with protocol deviation (PD) records of the study that need to be completed by you. Select this tile to start working on your PD records.

Pending Send Letters: this category comprises the total count of confirmation and follow-up letters expected to be sent on upcoming or occurred monitoring visits. Select this tile to start working on your pending monitoring visit letters.

Potential PDs: this category comprises the total count of potential protocol deviations—manual and script-generated—awaiting audit. Select this tile to start working on your pending potential PD tasks.

Contracts: this category comprises the total count of contracts expected to be submitted or audited. Select this tile to start working on your contract submission and approval tasks.

Payment Requests: this category comprises the total count of payment requests expected to be submitted, audited, paid, or confirmed receipt. Select this tile to start working on your pending payment request tasks.
