Resolve assigned issues

An issue is a finding or a discrepancy discovered during a monitoring visit. Issues can take many forms, depending on the nature and severity of the finding. An issue may also involve correcting data errors in subject records. Thus, if you are responsible for the resolution of a certain issue for a study, you have a respective task assigned to you in the CTMS system.

In CTMS, all your tasks, including the issue resolution ones, are conveniently comprised under a single interactive dashboard called My Work.

To resolve the assigned issues
  1. Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

    • In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.
