Export ICSR searched list record

In PV, the Line Listing Export function is based on the product event matrix. You can use this functionality to export only relevant suspect products and events within the matrix. Multiple records are merged in an Excel file when exported.

In PV, you can also export all searched ISCR list records without selecting the record. All the data in the searched list of records is exported. This helps directly export the required data. If no information is provided while searching and you still want to export, the report contains all the records.

Important

The Line Listing Export functionality allows the export of a maximum of 2000 ICSR records.

To export the searched ICSR list for all records

  1. In the PV application header, select the ICSR tab.

  2. On the ICSR List that opens, from the toolbar select Search search_icon.png.

  3. On the Advance Search page that opens, enter the data in the preferred fields to set your filter conditions as explained in the table and select search_button_red.png.

  4. From the workspace toolbar of the search result page that appears, select More more_icon.png > Line Listing Export export_icon.png.

    Tip

    If you want to export only some of the records, select the checkboxes next to them.

  5. On the Line Listing Export page that appears, select the template in which you want to export the record and select confirm_button_red_white.png.

    Tip

    If there is the no template suitable to your needs, you can create a new line listing export template.

  6. In the downloads widget that appears, view your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  7. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Preparing: lists all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download. Wait until the needed file moves to the Download is Ready tab.

    • Download is Ready: lists the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer by selecting download_icon.png.

Once downloaded and saved, the ICSR line listing data becomes available on your computer.
