View depot shipping address

A depot is a warehouse to which the drug manufacturer supplies drugs (items) to further distribute them between sites. The depots are created and configured via the CTMS application, whereas in IWRS, you can view the depot information, including the shipping address of any depot.

Unlike other depot information, the shipping address can be viewed on a separate page and updated if needed. The possibility to view the shipping address details in IWRS provides a centralized location for tracking logistical information, thus facilitating better coordination among stakeholders involved in the item distribution process.

To view the depot shipping address

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the DEPOT tab.

  2. On the Depot List page that opens, in the table, go to the depot for which you need to view the details and select it.

  3. Under the Depot Information subtab that opens, in the contents panel, select the Shipping Address tab.

  4. In the table that appears, view the shipment address details of the selected depot.
