Sync lab data to form

In the EDC application, instead of entering subject lab results in respective lab test forms of the DATA ENTRY tab and then configuring labs, normal ranges, and other details manually in the system, you can import the lab data from an external file in the XLSX or CSV format.

Once the file is added and its values are mapped to respective forms and visits in the system, you can synchronize the data and configurations to the respective EDC form(s).

To synchronize the imported lab data to the respective EDC form
  1. In the EDC application header, select the STUDY INFO tab.

  2. From the left pane, select Lab > External Lab Data.

  3. In the Import Lab Data table that opens, locate the imported file whose configurations you want to synchronize to the form. Then next to it, from the Action column, select More more_actions_icon.png > Sync To Form sync_icon.png.

Once selected, the lab data is synchronized to the respective EDC form. You can now view the external lab data details that have been recorded with EDC form upon synchronization.
