View license change history

In the PV application, once the product configuration is complete, you must create product license(s) for it. Then there might be the need to make some edits to the license, the status of the license is changed via route forwarding or returning, and so on.

Sometimes, there might be the need to view the structured information about all changes performed with the license. For this purpose, you can use the Change History feature.

To view the change history for a product license

  1. In the PV application header, select the PRODUCT tab.

  2. On the page that opens, in the left pane, expand the product family and the product within which resides the license of your interest.

  3. From the expanded list, select the license for which you want to view the change history.

  4. On the Product License form page that opens, from the workspace toolbar, select More more_icon.png > Change History history_icon.png.

  5. In the Change History dialog that opens, view structured information about all changes performed with the product license. You can see who and when made the change, the action type, and so on.

  6. Select ok_button_red_white.png to close the dialog.

You have successfully viewed the change history for your product license.

In pharmacovigilance, a formal authorization or approval granted by the regulatory authorities of a country or region that allows a pharmaceutical company or Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) to market and sell a medicinal product within that jurisdiction. The product license indicates that the regulatory authorities have reviewed the safety, efficacy, and quality data for the product and have deemed it suitable for use by patients for the specified indications.
