View study depot operation history
A depot is a warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites) in the course of a study. In CTMS, you can add depots to your study to establish business relations with certain storage facilities for drug distribution purposes.
The depots added to the study in CTMS can then be managed via the IWRS application for drug maintenance and distribution to sites.
You can view the operation history of each depot to learn what user actions have been performed with it.

Access the study management page in one of the following ways:

In the CTMS application header, select the DASHBOARD tab and then select the study dashboard of your interest.

In the CTMS application header, select the STUDY MANAGEMENT tab. Then from the Study Data List table, select the study name of your interest.

From the left pane of the study page that opens, select Study Details > Depot List.

In the Depot List table, locate the depot for which you want to view the history of user actions and next to it, from the Actions column, select Operation History
.

In the Operation History dialog that opens, view the list of user actions that have been performed with the selected study depot.

Once the dialog is closed, you are redirected to the Depot List table.
