View depots added to CTMS
Depot is a warehouse that is used to store and distribute items (drugs) to another destination (other depots or sites). All the depots previously added to the CTMS system you can find in the Depot List table.

In the CTMS application header, select the ENTITY MANAGEMENT tab.

On the page that opens, in the left pane, select Depot.

On the study page that opens, in the left pane, expand Study Details and select Depot List.

On the Depot List page, view all the depots previously added to the CTMS system as explained in the following table.

Column
Details
Depot Name
Represents the name of the depot.
Country/Region
Represents the country/region where the depot is located.
State
Represents the state where the depot is located.
City
Represents the city where the depot is located.
Email
Represents the depot contact email.
Phone
Represents the depot contact phone number.
Zip Code
Represents the depot postal (zip) code of the depot's location.
Fax
Represents the depot contact fax number that you can use to send documents or other information to the depot if necessary.
Address
Represents the full address of the depot, including the street address, city, state or province, and country.
Address 1
Address 2
Represent the alternative depot addresses, for instance, if the facility has multiple pavilions, and each pavilion has an individual address.
Status
Represents the depot status—Active or Inactive.
Only the active depots can be used elsewhere in the CTMS system and the IWRS application.
The inactive depots are not available for use in other parts of the CTMS or in IWRS system, they are only included in the Depot List table for reference purposes.
Study #
Represents the number of studies that use this depot.
The depot can be added to a study from the STUDY MANAGEMENT > Study Details module of CTMS.
You have viewed the list of available depots that already exist in the CTMS system.
