CRF status

In CTMS, the CRF Status feature is designed for easy access to the case report form (CRF) statistics data pulled from EDC.

  • Status Summary: the dashboard displays the number of visits, forms, and items in different states (statuses). Due to the summary of form statuses across the study, you can use this data to create metrics on the matter.

  • Form Status Flow: with this report, you can easily track and export each CRF status flow data as a comprehensive table.

  • Visit Status Details: this table comprises all the visits configured for the study and their details, such as the visit name, the subject that is supposed to have it, and the site at which the visit must occur.

  • Form Status Details: the report displays all the CRFs configured for the study and their details, such as the form name, for which site, visit, and subject the form is supposed to be/has been completed, any manual or system queries waiting for resolution on this form, and more.

  • Item Status Details: the report displays all the items of the CRFs configured for the study and their details, such as for which site, visit, and subject the form items are supposed to be/have been completed, any manual or system queries waiting for resolution, and so on.

  • CRF Completion Status: the report provides comprehensive information on CRFs, namely the status of forms and their items, statistics of subject visits, stages of forms completion, and other details.

  • Study Summary: with this functionality, you can view the summary of all the visits, their statuses, and queries for your study to have a better grasp of its continuous flow.

  • Subject Summary: with this interactive table, you can view different subject summary data by choosing the subject ID and form name as filters to access a specific form.

An eClinical application that is mainly used to collect and manage subject data during clinical trials. It integrates with the Study Designer (SD) application and uses preconfigured there case report forms (CRFs) to complete data collection and management. It also provides an audit trail, data alert, source data verification (SDV), payment management, adjudication, and other functions as well as supports data export according to the CDISC ODM standard.
