Study summary
Within the Study Summary page, you can view the metrics related to visits for each study subject. These metrics include information about the phase of each subject and the CRF version used for those subjects. Here you can also see whether there are overdue manual or system queries that require users' attention and the status of each visit in relation to their corresponding subject.
On the workspace toolbar, you can track the total number of open and answered manual or system queries associated with your username. Overall, the Study Summary page contains all the necessary information needed to monitor the visit status for each study subject and keep an eye on open queries.
An occurrence in a clinical trial in which the subject comes to a site to receive treatment, undergo some tests, or complete other required procedures.
A specific phase that a subject has to complete in the course of a clinical trial to move further to the next phase. For instance, Screening, Enrolled, Randomized, and others.

In eClinical, subject phases are designed individually for each study via the SD application, although they are referenced in others, like IWRS or EDC.

In eClinical, queries are created to ask a question or get feedback from a designated system user on a particular data item. There are two types of queries in the system:

Manual query: these are created by the system users and assigned to responsible users to address the issues and either correct them or confirm the data's accuracy.

System query: these are generated automatically by the system and require user interaction to manage and resolve them.
