Edit tracking log template

In CTMS, you can edit the basic information of a tracking log template, such as its name, approval requirement, and so on. A tracking log template is a form used to collect and manage study-related data for regulatory documents such as Form 1572, financial disclosure form (FDF), and others. Editing this template may be required if the existing details are incorrect, the person you had assigned to review and approve the template is no longer available or has to be changed for some other reason, and so on.

To edit a tracking log template
  1. In the CTMS application header, select the LIBRARY tab.

  2. On the page that opens, from the left pane, select Tracking Log Template.

  3. From the Tracking Log Template List table, locate the template that you want to edit. Then next to it, from the Action(s) column, select Edit pencil_icon_gray.png.

  4. In the Edit dialog that appears, update the basic details of the tracking log template. These fields are identical to the ones explained in the table of the Create tracking log template from scratch section.

  5. Select save_button.png to save your changes.

Upon saving, the tracking log template is updated.
