View upgrade history for site/subject dispensing visit version
Versioning of dispensing visits helps satisfy international multisite studies, where different locations and subjects can follow their own dispensation settings. The dispensing visit version can be upgraded per study as a whole, per individual site, or per subject or it can be rolled back for a subject if required. All such operations are recorded in history for traceability.

In the IWRS application header, select the TREATMENT DESIGN tab.

From the left pane, select Visit Dispensing and Window.

Under the Dispensing Visit or Dispensing Window tab, select

On the page that opens, based on the entity whose history you want to access, proceed as follows.

From the list that opens, locate the site for which you want to view the version history. Then from the Action(s) column next to it, select History
.

In the Upgrade History dialog that opens, view the complete log of all the version upgrades and rollbacks for the site, who operated, and when.

From the list that opens, locate the site of the subject for whom you want to view the version history. Then from the Action(s) column next to it, select Subject

In the Subject List table that appears, next to the subjects whose version history you want to view, select History

In the Upgrade History dialog that appears, view the complete log of all the version upgrades and rollbacks for the subject's dispensing plan, who operated, and when.
