Review item destruction batch operation history at depot
Item destruction refers to the process of disposing of or destroying an investigational product or other unused medication when they are no longer needed, damaged, or for another reason.
In IWRS, the depots can destroy items by creating destruction batches—bundles of items that are to be destroyed together. Then, there are various activities to be done—the batch must be approved for destruction, or the request might be canceled. And the approved batch can also be revoked if there is a reason for that.
Thus, it becomes necessary to have a complete operation history for each item destruction batch to help users recreate the course of events happening with each of them at the depot.
