Comment management

While working with case report forms (CRFs) in EDC, you can open comments on specific form fields (items) with data to provide any auxiliary information for the users who will address the form afterward. A comment in a CRF is a useful tool for EDC users to have traceable and transparent communication on data elements in the form of notes.

Tip

The comments are added and saved in the system, however, you cannot address them to any user in particular. If you need assistance regarding the data element in a CRF, consider opening a query instead of adding a comment.
