Export packaging lot release data

In IWRS, you can release items from the same lot multiple times. The complete history of item releases can be tracked via the release list. Also, you can download lot release data as an XLSX file and use it offline or share it with third parties.

To export the packaging lot release data

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the TREATMENT DESIGN tab.

  2. In the left pane, select the Lot subtab.

  3. On the page that opens, in the contents panel, select the Release tab.

  4. Under the RELEASE tab, from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png.

  5. Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  6. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Preparing: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download.

    • Download is Ready: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer.

  7. Under the Download is Ready tab, next to the file that you want to download, select download_icon.png.

The exported data is now downloaded as an XLSX file on your computer and you can work with the lot release data offline.
