Export packaging lot list

All the packaging lots previously created in the IWRS application are displayed under the Packaging Lot subtab.

In IWRS, you can export your lot list data to your computer as an XLSX file and use this data offline.

To export the packaging lot list

  1. In the IWRS application header, select the TREATMENT DESIGN tab.

  2. In the left pane, select the Lot subtab.

  3. On the Packaging Lot page that appears, from the workspace toolbar, select Export export_icon.png.

  4. Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

  5. In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

    • Download is Ready: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer.

    • Preparing: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download.

  6. Under the Download is Ready tab, next to the file that you want to download, select download_icon.png.

The exported data is now downloaded as an XLSX file on your computer and you can work with the lot data offline.

In this section:

A batch of items collected into one package for shipment or other logistic purposes. Using packaging lots with their unique lot numbers gives depots and sites the ability to differentiate between different batches of drugs to track, for instance, release and expiration dates or other useful information.
