Export order file list
The IWRS application supports the integration with SFTP file servers to enable the automation of data transfer from the file server to IWRS. This automation minimizes manual effort, reduces the risk of human error, and simplifies the overall data management processes within the application.
The system generates a new TXT file with detailed data on the supply shipment every time one is created for a depot or site. You can see the list of such files for a specific study on the Order File page. This list can be exported in the XLSX file to your computer so you can share it with the client or other users for the offline analysis of shipment data.

In the IWRS application header, select the INTEGRATION tab.

In the left pane of the page that opens, select Order File.

From the workspace toolbar of the Order File List table that appears, select Export
.

Once selected, the widget appears displaying your download progress. Select the widget to open the My Downloads dialog.

In the My Downloads dialog that opens, you can find the following tabs:

Preparing: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is in progress, and they are not yet ready for download.

Download is Ready: under this tab, you can find all the files whose export is complete, and they can be downloaded to your computer.

Once exported, the order file list is available on your computer.
